New residence on the second line, 30 m from a large fine sandy beach and 5 mins walk from the marina of Carnon (34 280).

For family holidays, we offer three one-bedroom apartments of 43 m2 each that can accommodate up to 4 people.

For holidays with friends or to bring your whole family together, take advantage of a duplex apartment of 110 m2, which can accommodate up to 12 people, you will have the pleasure of enjoying a very large terrace of 30 m2 with a view unobstructed by the sea.

These modern, spacious and bright apartments are equipped with air conditioning by duct (system identical to hotel rooms), almost invisible, silent and with regulation by rooms. Everything has been designed to offer great comfort and enjoy cool and quiet nights.

You will have a parking space in a closed and secure garage

A back garden with a picnic table allows you to dine outside.

Everything has been thought out to allow you to spend a dream vacation with family or friends.

For a sporting holiday, many activities are available to you:

Between the sea and ponds, cycle to the Maguelonne peninsula, you will discover the Saint-Pierre de Maguelone cathedral, this unique place where history and tradition mingle.
